I feel a patriotic duty to chortle, yet I find myself unable to do so. Should I turn myself in to the authorities?

I have this episode on blue-ray. This clip is the edited version and really doesn't capture the tension the unedited version does. I still can't believe that the Urkle-bot wasn't arrested for rape.
